- Monday – 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- Tuesday – 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Assisting Hands Central Milwaukee is seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to provide in-home support for a client in Milwaukee. This role focuses on assisting with personal care and daily living activities while maintaining a safe and respectful environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with bathing and showering
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with dressing and personal grooming
- Prepare simple meals
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Assist with grocery shopping
- Maintain a safe and clean home environment
- Schedule appointments with physicians and labs
- Provide incontinence care assistance
- Assist with mobility and be able to safely support client’s weight as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- Experience with incontinence care is strongly preferred
- Ability to safely assist with transfers and mobility
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow a personalized care plan
